This place suits me perfectly! Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area make my stays comfortable. On my first visit, staff even helped print documents for me, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for an easy stay! Coming back for Christmas.

Y'all, the outdoor pool was a refreshing escape after checking out some dope nearby eats like Omaha Steakhouse and Maggiano's Little Italy. Plus, the bar/lounge area became our hangout hub—great vibes! Can't forget the spacious rooms for chillin' after our foodie adventures.

Now, I gotta spill some tea—the cleanliness left much to be desired. I mean, a sink that looks like it just survived a battle? Not cute! And honestly, some of the staff could channel a bit more hospitality.

I was incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom sink was absolutely disgusting, and I had to insist the front desk staff clean it, which they did only after much fuss. Additionally, the attitude of the front desk staff was appalling. they brushed off my concerns and made me feel unwelcome. For what we were paying, I expected a much higher standard of service and sanitation.

the hotel is just a short walk away from the stunning gerald d. hines waterwall park, which made my city strolls absolutely delightful. The high-end shops of the galleria area are easily accessible for a little retail therapy after a day of discovering the sights. I loved that the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home during my stay.

The hotel looked better than I expected, newly renovated you know. And the room was clean spacious with a nice layout, comfy enough for a short stay. The staff were friendly enough but still, you know how it goes when you're dealing with corporate.

Wasn't inexpensive but still tolerable for what we experienced.
